IMDB lists the plot of “La Horde” as “an end of the world battle between gangsters, cops and zombies.”

Unfortunately I wont be able to understand anything the people say, but I think zombie is international.

German-Swiss film maker, Marc Foster, director of Finding Neverland, Stranger than Fiction and the latest Bond entry, Quantum of Solace, recently gave an update on the progress of the World War Z movie adaptation.

Marc Foster stated the film’s script still needs a great deal of development and is “still far from realization”.

No release date has been given.

After almost a year of trying scientists have finally been able to resurrect a microbe that has spent 120,000 years three kilometers deep in Greenland’s ice sheet. I’m alright with science in general but one thing that has me worried is the fact these scientists have no clue what this microorganism has the power of doing, but seem to have no problem resurrecting it. Maybe this microorganism is harmless, but what about the next thing they decide to wake up? Will these scientist stop at nothing until the zombie apocalypse is upon us? The most ironic part is the fact this research is being done in Pennsylvania. They’re just asking for trouble!

On the sixth day - around midnight - I heard screams. Man and Woman. What’s worse, there were children too.

The Warren’s, a low key family on the corner of the cul-de-sac. I thought they’d left. We all thought that.

But one of those infected MUST have heard something. Perhaps seen something. There was screaming, which attracted more of them. Around thirty in less than 5 mins. I didn’t believe they’d be so many around here. I’ve been ignorant.

The house is four doors down - on my side - I saw none of it. Just heard. I heard all four of them at one point. I saw Stephen, The youngest kid, Make it across the road, but they…

There are still stains. Still infected trying to chew up what they see on the ground.

But the majority of the infected didn’t leave the cul-de-sac. They’ve slowly wandered further in. they’re everywhere outside. The house is still secure. But they seem to be getting curious, perhaps desperate.

This morning, ten or so attacked an empty house to my left. I thought they’d starve by now. Or at least transform into frail heaps on the ground.

Again, I’ve been very wrong.

Supplies are low.

Despite the danger, I can’t tear myself away from the window. I must keep tabs on their movements.

No sign of that cat today. Thank god.
